Opal and Triste Date Roleplay

Triste glanced nervously at his clock for the umpteenth time that night. 7:58 He sighed, pacing from one end of his living room to the other. He stopped in front of the mirror and adjusted his suit and tie, also for the umpteenth time that night. He studied himself in the mirror and frowned. He always looked so uncouth, even when dressed in the most formal suit he could find. He wouldn’t match his date at all.
He left the mirror and anxiously bit his nails, using his free hand to pick up a small, wrapped box. The box was filled with an assortment of different chocolates, all hand-made by Triste. Triste prayed that his date would like his gift. He was about to set the box down when the doorbell rang. Triste jumped and hurried to answer the door.
